AM4378: Boot issues

Part Number: AM4378
Hi

I have a question.

We are designing and using PCBs using the EVM schematic using the AM4378.

The designed PCB is designed to be SD booting and is modeled after the EVM Board.

I am currently testing an SD Card booted from EVM.

In MMC_CLK of SD CARD, 12Mhz signal comes out and no signal is detected.

And no signal comes from UART.
There is nothing wrong with the schematic connection of the UART at this time.

DDR3 uses MT41K512MBRH-125, which is used by EVM, and checks the clock in DDR_CLK and DDR_CLKn.

Is the problem caused by the lack of impedance matching in the schematic design?
If so, what do you think about temporarily lowering the operating clock of the DDR3 because it is not impedance matched?
If possible, please tell me how to lower the operating clock of DDR3.

I would appreciate your reply.
