If it is used as USB HOST, is it no problem not to use USB_DRVVBUS?

No, it is not recommended to configure DRVVBUS pin in GPIO mode to control USB VBUS.

Yes, if the USB is in host-only mode, you can directly connect the USBx_VBUS pin to 5V power rail and not use USBx_DRVVBUS pin.
