1. Power On Hour (POH) limits.
From datasheet table 5.3.
I think OPP_NOM = 800MHz, OPP_OD = 1000MHz and OPP_TURBO = 1100MHz. If I read this table correct it means that if I keep the junction temperature below 105 °C I can expect 100k hours on-time up to and include 1000MHz for the A53 cores. Is this expected lifetime I one cycle or should it be some off-time included? Do you have any numbers for the Turbo mode?
2. MCU CPSW network on MCU domain.
Can the MCU CPSW switch/MAC be accessed directly from the A53 domain or do we need SW on the R5 processors to use it. The MCU domain will of course need power.
How about control of other interfaces in the MCU domain directly from the A53 domain?
