We're doing our first design using the AM3703 and we want to use PoP memory (NAND + DRAM). There are some threads on this board about this topic, but they're 7 years old and the memory components mentioned are obsolete. It's getting harder to find LPDDR out there. Has anyone here looked at this recently and therefore can recommend available memory ICs which are compatible? We are looking for 4 Gbit of NAND and 2 or 4 Gbit of DRAM.
