Hi Team,

We have planned to use MT29F4G16ABAEAWP-IT:E 4Gb part in our design with TMS320DM8168 Processor

In processor Datasheet it is mentioned as "support for large page size (2048bytes+ 64 spare bytes)"

In MT29F4G16ABAEAWP-IT:E it is mentioned as "Page size x16: 2160 words (2048 + 112 words)"

Will DM8168 support MT29F4G16ABAEAWP-IT:E

My understanding is it should work as 64 bytes is less than 112 words.

I do have a few suggestions:

1) If you have DM8168 EVM on your hands already, try to see if it works on this EVM with MT29F4G16ABAEAWP-IT:E. The EVM has a slot for NAND:

2) Check with Micron to see if there is successful use case with DM8168.
