Hi,

I am working on vision SDK v3.07, and has implemented single-stage boot setup on it.

We have hdmi as display.

Are there any ways to initialise the HDMI early for showing a logo ?

Currently we have been approaching weston to show a wallpaper, but this is taking way too long.

I have applied linux optimizations based on ti app notes.

Hi Padmesh,

did you execute VisionSDK's default early boot usecase?

In this usecase, the early capture happens within 3 seconds and you will observe captured data on HDMI display.

Once the kernel loads all modules , weston service starts and you will observe weston screen.

If you are looking for weston display during early boot,, that is not possible as weston needs userspace libraries loaded after mounting the rootfs.

Hi Ram,

I believe it's the early capture late Weston usecase.

Since I am doing a single stage boot, I believe there won't be the dependancy of uboot.img to enable this usecase right ?
