From the inputs you have given i assume that RTOS boot 1/10 times fails with the above crash.
I am on PSDKRA 7.0: http://software-dl.ti.com/jacinto7/esd/processor-sdk-rtos-jacinto7/latest/index_FDS.html
I tried reboot at least 20 times & i could not reproduce the issue. Can you consider moving
to the latest PSDKRA?

I switched back to 6.02 SDK. I tried reboot 20 times. I am not seeing the crash observed by you.
