TIDEP-0087: Missing HMI icon in display

Hi Team,

My Customer is trying to perform the TIDEP-008. Following the user guide, he was able to download software, unfortunately, under 3.2.2 Test Results(page 6), the HMI icon to navigate to the EVSE HMI was missing. 

Can you share with me possible ways to resolve this?

    My customer downloaded the below image from software-dl.ti.com/.../index_FDS.html

    Following image :
    am335x-evm-linux-06.03.00.106.img.zip

    follow the windows creation guide . software-dl.ti.com/.../Processor_SDK_Linux_Creating_a_SD_Card_with_Windows.html

    Unfortunately, Now no image is coming on the display. no booting image. totally no output.

    What was the version of the software that did work in the original post? Do they have any boot log from the failure in the above post?

    Hi Ron,

    Excuse me to kept you waiting , Occupied in other activities. There is no display at all . for the any failure message to see. 

    Please check which *.img file i have download to work  .

    2. Actually if u see the original problem was i have purchased the Board for EVSE  application . 

    But when i purchased , that application was not available . the EVSE application was shown in the Manuals. 

    TI has suggested to download the New SDK and load in the board . so i follow the same this img i have loaded . 

    am335x-evm-linux-06.03.00.106.img.zip

    3. Originally the sdk which is working not know as that was default come loaded from the manufacturer
