Part Number: TIDEP-0087
My Customer is trying to perform the TIDEP-008. Following the user guide, he was able to download software, unfortunately, under 3.2.2 Test Results(page 6), the HMI icon to navigate to the EVSE HMI was missing.
Can you share with me possible ways to resolve this?
Thanks in advance.
What version of the SDK are they using? Thank you.
