PROCESSOR-SDK-AM65X: BOARD ID EEPROM access in /sys

Hi there,

I am new to TI and linux. I was trying to access read/write to EEPROM from /sys interface . AM65xx IDK schematic shows BOARD ID EEPROM is connected on I2c address 0x52 or 0x50.

However no eeprom chip is found under /sys/bus/i2c/devices

SDK version: ti_sdk_06.01.00.08

Hi,

If the intent is to read/write i2c registers you could use:

i2cdump -f -y bus_number(ex: 0x0) slave_id(ex: 0x52 or 0x50)
i2cwrite -f -y bus_number(ex: 0x0) slave_id(ex: 0x52 or 0x50) reg_addr value
