66AK2H06: Power supply voltage at device startup

Part Number: 66AK2H06

Hi,

The customer's board will share 1.8V and 1.5V with other SoC device supplied to the 66AK2H06.

The power-up sequence of 66AK2H06 is CVDD --> CVDD1 --> +1.8V --> +1.5V --> +0.85V.
However, in order to counter the errata of other SOC devices, 1.0V is supplied and then 100 mV is applied to the 1.8V and 1.5V line.
Does this 100 mV have a negative effect on 66AK2H06? I am concerned about the possibility of device malfunction and damage.

Best Regards,
H.U
