I'd like to know plans for the AM65xx.

PRU-ICSS software package are currently available for only EtherCAT for AM654x.

When does Other protocols for AM654x enabled?

As you mention, EtherCAT slave is avaiable today. We are working to enable firmware releases also for Profinet slave and EtherNet/IP for the 7.1 release later this year.
