according to the information given at https://software-dl.ti.com/processor-sdk-rtos/esd/AM57X/latest/index_FDS.html the Processor-SDK supports the new BeagleBone AI. As I want to do some bare metal development I downloaded the SDK. Amazongly when having a look inti C:\ti\pdk_am57xx_1_0_17\packages\ti\board\src, there is no BeagleBone AI stuff inside, only a directory named "bbbAM335x" which is intended to be used for the current BeagleBone Black.
So...where can I find headers and examples for bare metal programming of the new BB AI?
AM5729 SoC is supported by PDK. However, you are correct that the BB AI board definition is not yet available in PDK.
I will check with the team to see if it will be added to PDK.

Beagle Board AI is supported by Linux SDK, not RTOS PDK. Please refer to the below link.
