"I'm looking at some options for DDR on DRA804:
Option 1: DDR4 - x 16 width : MT40A512M16LY-062E AAT. Use 2 of these to get 2GB and have 1 dedicated for ECC.
Option 2: LPDDR4 - x 32 width: MT53E768M32D4DT-053 AAT
If we want to leverage ECC and use x 32 bus width LPDDR4, is that feasible?
Ideally we would want as much DRAM we can provision and use ECC. What do you recommend?"
I have pointed them to the micron part on our EVM, but they would like to find something with x16 width instead of x8 because of PCB footprint constraints.
