AM5746: How to write the data to the SRAM on the AM5746's QSPI

I would like to know, how I can write the data to the SRAM on the AM5746's QSPI.

Can I write the data to the QSPI memory space (address:5C00_0000 - 5FFF_FFFF) directry?

Hi Thomas,

Do you want to boot from QSPI and before booting you want to write something to the flash?

Hi Karan,

First, I would like to use the SRAM to write the log data for the software trouble.

Second, I would like to Flash ROM to write for the DSP software.

Hi Thomas,

Please refer to AM5746 TRM chapter 25.5.4.4 QSPI Memory Regions.

You can enable memory map mode in QSPI on AM5746.

This will allow you to access QSPI Flash memory connected QSPI interface on AM5746 from memory space 0x5C00_0000 ~ 0x5FFF_FFFF.

No. Data is directly write to QSPI even in memory map mode.
