TDA4VM: Flasher initramfs for TDA4

Hi Team,

There is a initramfs flasher available for sitara processor in internet.

Is there anything similar available for TDA4 processor. So, that we can automate the flashing processor using tftp.

I have tried to use the sitara flasher rootfs and initramfs for tftp flashing to TDA4VM, but some commands such as mkfs.ext4 was missing in that.

Could you provide similar flasher image, or a way to customize existing one?

Which tool are you talking about, could you provide a link?
You can use dfu-util for programming eMMC.

Hi Vishal,

We have a working solution with dfu-util tool, but I also want to prepare a solution with tftp. And want to automate the flashing process with tftp (which is already done for sitara as shown in below links) which can be used in case USB support is not available in custom board.

This is something specific to Beaglebone. We don't support it.
