AM5728: Communicating Over Non-JTAG Transports

Hi,

Customer want to sends the UIA packets on to the host via the Ethernet transport, and the arm master core A15 running linux. How to configure under linux?

I have read below article, and there seems only guide how to configure under RTOS.

Nancy,

While the files are there for Linux, and you can see references to operating the runtime under Linux in the document, it is not integrated with the Processor SDK Linux and is not actively tested with the latest kernel versions. I would recommend to stay with the RTOS configurations.

Nancy,

There is a linux folder within the UIA package -- <install_dir>\packages\ti\uia\linux

The recommendation is to stay with RTOS and UIA is not tested with recent Processor SDK Linux releases.
