Good day.


Do you have any recommendations for a  parallel NOR flash memory that is compatible with our AM572X and AM5716 processors?

    Carlo,

    Know compatible devices: 

    1. Cypress S29GL512S10TFI010 (currently on the EVM)

    2. Micron MT28FW512ABA1LJS-0AAT (Micron evaluated the compatibility with the processor across voltage and temperature)

    That said, the host controller can communicate with a range of external devices that satisfy the timing requirements, so this is only a small subset of flash devices that are compatible with our processors.
