I'm trying to install CCS v6.1.1 from the background of the thread below.
But install was not completed and following errors was occurred while installing CCS.
An error occurred:Installer failed to installcom.ti.ccstudio.debugserver.linux correctly.

Could you tell me how to install CCSv6.1.1 on linux correctly?
Which Linux distribution are you using?

CCS 6.1.1 was 32 bit, and requires a bunch of 32 bit libraries in order to install and run. These libraries don't come standard on ubuntu 18.04, which is why your install is failing. It will take some time to figure out which libraries need to be installed.

Unfortunately we do not have a workaround regarding installing CCS 6.1.1 on Ubuntu 18.04. Actually, there seems to be some other issues with that CCS version so that it is not recommended for use anymore.
I know that you need 6.1.1 for the RSE terminal support. I decided a better option was to see if I can find a workaround on current CCS versions so the RSE terminal support works. I believe I have found a working option. Please see my post here:
