TMS320C6746: RTC problem

Hi Team,

A customer have a RTC problem of our processor TMS320C6746 in the product line.

Part of the RTC of c6746 can not work normally.

There are two cases: one is not responding to the clock setting;

the other is that the RTC clock will not be updated and the output time is always unchanged.

the defective devices are about 15%.

please find the attachments for hardware and the figure for the software

Could your please share time to confirm this problem?

Thank you for your response.

Does the RTC initialization need to do the SWRESET？if system does not need RTC interrupt function.

Sahin is out of office and will be back next week - I do recommend that you tell your customer to try the SWRESET per the TRM and see if it helps with the failures.
