From Table 3.15: DSP_LDO is not supported on TMS320C5533 and C5532, so the DSP_LDOO pin must be left unconnected. DSP_LDO can be enabled to provide a regulated 1.3V or 1.05V output to only the internal POR to support the RTC only mode (see Section 6.10.1, RTC Only Mode, for details). DSP_LDOO must never be used to provide power to the CPU Core (CVDD) on these devices.
Please confirm that for the TMS320C5533, I need to provide an external 1.3V LDO for the CVDD and if so at what current.
Power Characterization shows typical Pout = 22mW (0.22mw/MHz @ 100 MHz) however DSP_LDO is 250 mA max for CVDD
