I'm not quite sure I understand your question. If you are asking which core you have debug visibility into, that is determined by the debug context.

Hi Ki,

The Linux command window shows my core1 is in the error state.

but from the CCS8 debugger shows i am using C66x_1 (I assume it is core 1) and debugger works fine. 

That is why i want to know if there is any register to indicate exactly core i am using.

Core 1 has debug context in your screenshot. Hence your debug visibility is Core 1. 

But now I believe you are asking which Core is being used by the application itself (or something to that effect). If that is the case, then I do not believe so. But this is a question best asked to the device experts. If I did understand the question correctly, then please confirm and I can move this thread to the device forum.

From the target configuration.

i suppose subpath_1 for  is for C66x_0. but i find the port number is 0x2

i suppose sibpath_2 is for CCx_1. but i find the port number is 0x1. 

CCx_1 is using lower port number than CCx_0. does it make sense?

That is a little odd. I created a new target configuration for CCAK2H06 and subpath port numbers align with the subpath name (0x1 for subpath 1, 0x2 for subpath 2, etc). What CCS version are you using?
