AM4378: AM4378 Reboot Issue

We are using AM4378 custom board mostly based on the AM437x Starter Kit with 2019.01 u-boot, Arago 2019.07 release and 4.19.59+gitAUTOINC+5f8c1c6121 kernel version. The board boots up successfully after powering the device (cold boot) without any issue all the time and the board seems working well and consistent. But, when we are using "reboot" command in console, the board sometimes hangs after finishing shutdown (2-3 times out of 20 tries) and it seems the u-boot does not start and I can't see any logs coming in console.  

We have TPS65218D0 PMIC IC and 512MB DDR3 RAM. 

We are using eMMC mainly, but we can see the issue booting from both eMMC and SD card. 

I will try to attach the log file including one successful reboot and one reboot hang, consecutively. 

Could you please help us how to debug and narrow down the issue?
