It appears the software download link has been removed from the product folder for some reason. I am checking with the internet marketing team id this can be restored.

In the mean time a quick way to get to this release may be through downloading the DVSDK for OMAP3730 which is available from here:

https://software-dl.ti.com/dsps/dsps_public_sw/sdo_sb/targetcontent/dvsdk/DVSDK_4_00/latest/index_FDS.html

Release notes indicates that C6Run was included in the release.
