DRA787: DRA787: Temperature Specification

Part Number: DRA787

I can not find T_ambient(Ta) for below materials from related datasheet.

Could you help to check them?

DRA787

  • How many max. current consumption about DRA787

  • The junction temperature is the critical parameter.

Since the storage temperature shows a range of -55C to 150C, it is necessary that the device is NOT harmed at those temperatures. However, the operating range is -40C to 125C (for automotive class devices). This means that the die must operate within this range. If the temperature were colder than -40C and the system was sometimes turned OFF, there would be times operating outside of the limits. Similarly, the junction is almost always hotter than the ambient. In a high power operation, the system must transfer heat from the device to the ambient in order to maintain its 125C junction limit. It is therefore typical that the ambient is not nearly as hot as 125C.

There is no ambient specification beyond the storage temperature cited earlier and the limits imposed by the junction temperature.
