Do you mean 2 lanes in CSIRX ?

I'm sorry. I forgot to mention that I changed the output of the Single cam example from DP to DSI.

Does the default configuration of the DSI output is 2 lanes? If yes how can I change it to 4 lanes

But DSI output is tested/validated with 2 lanes only and on one LCD. Are you trying to bringup for another display/LCD?
