Hi all,

1,For AM644x DDR4 hardware design, it used 39.2ohm, how to decide the value, can you provide some documents for this consider?

2,Why used OSPI0_CSN1 to control DDR_VTT_EN, what's the propose of this design?

3, For below design does it need the capacity place near the resistance?

    Denny, please refer to the following app note for guidance on AM64x DDR design: https://www.ti.com/lit/pdf/spracu1

    It shows Rtt should be 40ohm +/-5ohms.  The enable for the regulator is controlled by a GPIO to be able to control it in your application (maybe for lower power).  Tha app note also suggests the capacitance should be placed near the termination resistors
