Hi Champs,

with regards to the OSPI errata i2189

  • Which temp-sensor has to be used for the Spract2 algorithm?
  • Is the SPRACT2 workaround also to be used during boot?
  • Is the SPRACT2 workaround to be used for SDR 133Mhz also or only for DDR 166Mhz?

    There is no one temperature sensor that must be used.  Instead, use an average of all sensors.
    The SPRAC2 workaround is not used during ROM boot, but can be implemented in the SBL.
    SPRACT2 is written only for 166MHz DDR. For other settings, using the Read Delay register field as described in the SPRACT2 document can open up more tuning points to optimize setup and hold time.
