There is a good news that we design in LMX8410 in customer's new project. Customer have some question about thermal, could you help to recommend?
1.What is the chips default status for power consumption without sending any command.
2.Could you help to provide the thermal data of EVM boards for our reference? The customer need to compare and see if normal or not.
3.Have LMX8410's EVM boards design the heatsink or fan for them? And you can improve how much temperature for them?
4.Could you help to provide the chips’ life test date based on Tj=85,100,125 degree.(Max rated 150 degree)
5.If the customer can read the Tj temperature of the chip from SPI bus?
