There is a good news that we design in TRF372017 in customer's new project. Customer have some question about thermal, could you help to recommend?
1.What is the chips default status for power consumption without sending any command.
2.Could you help to provide the thermal data of EVM boards for our reference? The customer need to compare and see if normal or not.
3.Have TRF372017's EVM boards design the heatsink or fan for them? And you can improve how much temperature for them?
4.Could you help to provide the chips’ life test date based on Tj=85,100,125 degree.(Max rated 150 degree)
5.If the customer can read the Tj temperature of the chip from SPI bus?
6. Another question, what is the min voltage of TRF372017 IQ common mode voltage? It could accept that is under 1.5V?
