AFE7950: Minimum Frequency

Hello,

My customer is looking at why there is a 600MHz to 12GHz range on the AFE7950. 

Why is there a 600MHz limitation on AFE7950? Can we use a center frequency of 600MHz and through a modulation bandwidth of 1200MHz generate/receive signals down to low frequencies? (like 10MHz for example)
