AFE7950EVM: Understanding the received ADC samples from TSW14J56EVM

I am currently working with AFE7950EVM and TSW14J56 modules. I have experimented with transmission of single tone signals and successfully processed the received ADC data (65536 samples). Now, I am attempting to transmit a multi tone signal (6 signals with tone bandwidth as 40MHz and tone centered at 55MHz)where the transmitted ADC samples are 65536 and at the receiver the received ADC data samples are 65536.

How to differentiate the 6 tones based on the received data in order to apply 1D-FFT or 2D-FFT?
