Hi Team,

Our customer bought a TRF370417EVM to do IQ modulation of a microwave signal that he use to manipulate a spin qubit. He has the following questions about the 5V power source for the board:

1. Do you recommend a power source model? 

2. What is the required stability to avoid disturbing the output signal? Can I just build something crude from a phone charger-like device?

    Hi Danilo,

    1. we recommend high quality bench supplies like the Keysight E3634A

    2. The power supply to the TRF370417 should be low noise and low ripple. LDOs like TPS7A83 would be a good choice. I am not sure the purpose of the question regarding the phone charger-like device. If I misunderstood the question, please let me know
