AFE7903: JTAG/Boundary Scan

Hi all

My customer is finalizing the AFE7903 schematic and they have this question for the JTAG interface of the transceiver:

Is Boundary Scan possible ? Are BSDL files available ?

And can you provide documentation / collateral ?

Hi Ueli,

Boundary scan is possible though JTAG. I’ll add the documentation related to this in AFE79xx secure folder on Monday (Sep 26th)

Hi Ueli,

I just added the BSDL file and guidelines in in simulation models section of AFE79xx secure folder. Access this at www.ti.com/mysecuresoftware
