You can find the supporting files in the AFE79xx secure folder. It will be called 'SPI_Controller.zip' in the TI_JESD204_IP_REF_DESIGNS section.

There was an issue with the packaged IP that was found so we no longer provide the packaged SPI IP. Instead we are now providing the entire SPI controller block design, which is provided in the AFE79xx secure folder. We are working on updating the App Note to provide instructions for creating the SPI controller block design.
While we are working on this you can create a block design and run the TCL script below and this will rcreate the block design that is mentioned in the current App Note.
