We measured the delay between the 8 Tx channels in the oscilloscope and saw different delay between the channels every reset.
We tested it while injecting pulse signal.
It looks like there is some kind of ~ 100nsec between the channels every reset.

Can you please think of a reason why it happens ?
Because it should be very repeatedly.
