I'm checking TI IQ modulator TRF370417 and trying to see if it's possible to use this IC at frequencies lower than its typical range (50MHz to 4GHz). I wish to use it at LO 10MHz (base band signal less than 10kHz). Does TI have any measured or simulated data for TRF370417 at below 50MHz? Especially at 10MHz? Any LO impedance simulated or measured at 10MHz? I understand the performance of the IC will downgrade at the lower end. I want to see how much it will downgrade, will the mixer inside the IC work at 10MHz, and if I can mitigate the performance downgrade by impedance matching, or adding LNAs or filters.
