One Week ago I send a request for the AFE7422-DESIGN files but never get a feedback ;(

I need them to correctly integrate the Chip in one of our Customers Layouts.

Is there a way to speed up the Request Prozess?

I checked the Layout and I don't really like it.
All GND Layers are slotted under the AFE74xx but the Signals and Power-Planes are crossing the "cuts".

Why?
Can you tell me what the reason is for this?
