Hi,
I'm interested in understanding the phase relationship of the TRF3765 a little better... in the datasheet (p.40), it states that the "outputs are phase-locked, but not phase-matched." Please clarify.
Thanks,
Marjorie

Hi Marjorie,
I have copied the applications engineer responsible for this device. We will get back to you shortly.

Hi Marjorie
We do not have extensive skew data from characterization or based on simulation. The only information I can provide is measured from a single unit on the bench at room temperature using the TRF3765EVM, as follows:
SUMMARY | ||||
Earliest | Next | Next | Latest | |
LO2 | LO3 | LO1 | LO4 | |
Delay (ps) --> | 0 | 13.95 | 26.7 | 33.275 |
As you can see, the earliest output signal is on L02, followed by LO3, LO1 and L04.

Hi Marjorie
Unfortunately I don't have any information for output skew variation versus temperature.
