TRF3705: Case Temperature calculate

Hi Team:

Could you help me to check how to calcultae the case temperature when the TRF3705 junction temperature is 125 degree?

In the datasheet only have Theta JC, don't have power consumption and efficiency. Could you help me to check how to calculate it?

If you need the configuration, please use the worse case. Thanks.

    Hello Derek,

    Please refer to an existing E2E post that deals with the same concern.

    Using the mentioned equation in the post,

    TJ = TC + (ΨJT * Power)


    Along with the parameters given, 125 junction temperature and the 0.9 Junction-to-top characterization parameter, the case temperature comes out to be approximately 124.09oC when operating at max operating power.
