AFE7422EVM: How to configure in operating Mode 1.

I am working on testing the AFE7422 eval board and am having some trouble getting proper functionality in mode 1. What I have done:

Start AFE74xx GUI and change to Mode 1 under “AFE Mode Selection” on the Quick Start page, click “Set Mode”, and then “Run Complete Startup Sequence”.
Under the Advanced tab, changed NCO#0 to 0MHz and clicked “RX NCO Update”. Also I clicked the small button next to “[ADC]”.
Open HSDC pro and set to AFE74xx_RX_Mode1, change the ADC Output Data Rate to 2.9491GHz.
When I hit capture, I just see the window shape.
No matter which input on the AFE7422EVM I connect my input signal to, I do not see the input signal on the GUI. Which input should I be using for this?

I was able to acquire signals okay when in Mode 4. Would be able to provide some guidance on how to set up the board in mode 1?

Can you please try uploading the attached .ini file to the path highlighted in the picture below. After you have done so, please restart HSDC pro and try taking a capture with the .ini file i provided.

This is still what I see with the new ini file. No matter what input connector on the board I connect a signal to, my capture stays constant.

Larissa,

Can you try loading the attached configuration file to the device? Go to the low level tab in the GUI and click on the open folder icon and load the script that is attached. I was able to get a good capture with this configuration file please let me know your results.
