LMV225: LMV225 or other PD for 2.7GHz

Hi Team,

My customer using LMV225 Power Detector in their previous reference and customers designs.

Unfortunately it is specified for frequencies up to 2GHz only that is not sufficient for their new design in higher frequency range.

Can you please advise if LMV225 still can be used up to 2.7GHz?

If no, do you have another similar part with appropriate spec?

Hi Shlomi,

Yes, I would recommend the LMH2110 based on the input frequency, and only option that is not in an NRND status (LMH2121 might be better but NRND). For pricing issues, please contact our marketing office.
