Team, 

We are using the TRF3722 on another project and the team is having difficulty configuring the TRF3722 through the SPI bus.  Could you provide a detailed step by step programming procedure?

    If the issue is related to the SPI mechanics then section 7 in the datasheet offers a good picture on how to set up the SPI data, clock, and enable lines for programming.

    If the issue is how to determine the register values, then section 8 in the datasheet provides the formulas to calculate the required divider ratios.  The TRF3722 GUI is also  good resource to use to observe/verify device register settings are matching expectations.

    The GUI will write registers 1-6 excluding register 2 and then write that one last.  Register 2 triggers the auto-cal bit and should be toggled once the other registers have been solidified.  Again, the GUI can serve as a reference.
