LM15851EVM: FT_DEVICE_NOT_FOUND

When trying to connect to the evaluation board the LM15851 GUI v1.2 has an error "FTDI Device not connected properly". FT_DEVICE_NOT_FOUND I've reinstalled the USB and attempted to update the FTDI device using FT_Prog (using file ADC12J4000_A0). I've also tried the ADC12J4000 GUI with the same results. Thoughts?

The FTDI device output looks different from what is shown in the description you sent. Is this ok? If not, do you have a link for the correct file? Thanks

I was using a Windows 7 OS computer. I switched to a Windows 10 computer and the problem resolved.

Jim,

Can the LM15851EVM be used with the ADC12J4000 EVM GUI A? I can connect to the board with the ADC12J4000 GUI, but I can not connect to the board with the LM15851EVM GUI. Did I mis-configure the EVM by loading the FTDI with ADC12J4000_A0?

David,

They are the same board so I think you will be fine using the ADC12J400 GUI. You just will not be able to use the bypass mode as this part does not support this.
