Hello, I have been trying to download the required Latte software to configure my AFE7920EVM module that I have already received.
In the product manual it states that it can be downloaded using TI’s MySecure website. When I go to MySecure, it tells me to contact TI. I have requested more information for the AFE7920 on the product page but my request was denied for reason stated as “we are unable to provide this board at present due to limited support capabilities”, but I already have the hardware so I don’t understand why my request was denied. I have submitted ticket requests to raise this issue and I have been directed to post to this forum. I feel as if I’m running in circles - please let me know what I need to do in order to get Latte to configure my AFE7920EVM. I would appreciate it, thanks.
