All the power and clocks are working properly,when I use the DAC38RF82.But now the value read back from 0x7f [15:10] is B11001, not B10000 as the datasheet said

Make sure the reset (pin K9) goes high to low to high and the low time is at least 10us. Double check the clock has enough amplitude. If the read back from 0x7f [15:10] is not B10000, try writing a "1" to bit 11 of address 0x00 to causes a fuse autoload to be executed. Then read back register 0x7F after a few seconds.
