Hi TI,
I am using dac38rf80 in 88210(2 TX ) mode with x24 interpolation on our custom PCB.
1. sync signal is not toggling . it stays 0 after reseting dac jesd core.
2. after reading alarms
a) I am getting 0x64 to 0x6b is 0x0
b) 0x5 is sometimes 0x138 and sometimes 0x28 . is it anyway related to sync signal always 0.
3. I tried k28.5 & D21.5 test and read same above alarms now the status of 0x64 to 0x6b is 0x0100 how to resolve this alarm. does this alarm give correct status for test.
4. I want to try prbs test on serdes. Does this prbs data will be 8b/10b encoded or not ?
dac configuration :-
input_clk :- 300 MHZ
using on chip pll
dac clock frequency :- 9000MHZ
DUAL DAC
2 IQ pairs per dac
4 serdes lanes per dac
interpolation x24
serdes rate 7.5gbps
sysref frequency 6.25MHZ
k = 30
I have attached the configuration which i am using also please clarify whether they are correct for this mode or not.
