AFE7920EVM: Multiple Errors When Starting Automatic Configuration Using TSW14J57EVM

Hello, 

I'm going through the setup in the AFE79xx User's Guide to set up an AFE7920EVM in tandem with a TSW14J57EVM data capture card. However, I run into issues when I run the automatic configuration script as outlined in section 5. On step 10 in section 5, it says to expect 2 errors, however I'm getting 31 errors with 0 warnings. Please let me know what additional info is needed to get this up and running.
