Sorry for this late reply.
My customer use public email so the request of the software was refused.
However order of the EVM also needs request but his request using the same public email was approved.
For the same email, request of order is OK but request of software is NG.
My customer was very confused as the purchase of this EVM is meaningless if he can't get the software.
Could you help me to resolve this problem or send us the software directly?
