So, we would like to address an issue regarding AFE7920EVM board with Xilinx FPGA. Upon requesting the reference design for AFE7920EVM by filling up the form on the device website, we were given access to the secure folder and were frequently given inputs on the same. However, the reference design on the secure folder is misleading as it is not for AFE7920 but for a prior version of High Speed Converters. Upon several requests via mail and forums, we were told that you are still working on it. However we have spent ample amount of time in trying to figure out how to make the reference design provided on secure folder, work with AFE7920EVM.
I am pretty sure, you being one of the leads in providing High speed converters, you understand that it is very important to have a starting point regarding designs for such sophisticated hardware, from which further development would be due. Unfortunately, the starting point itself is ambiguous and the support offered too, is inadequate. Hence, we request you to please provide a reference design for AFE7920EVM for XIlinx FPGA.
