AFE7700EVM: Harmonics and Spur Data

Hi All,

Its nice to see the new device AFE7700 from TI.

As per the datasheet, the Tx works upto 6 GHz with 600 MHz (max) BW and Rx works upto 6 GHz with 200 MHz (Max) BW.

I want to know the Spur and Harmonics generated by the Tx or Rx in the entire band.

 

Kindly send me the following data using a Spectrum Analyzer :

1. Tx :  1 GHz (Single Tone) output. 

    a. Phone noise graph (upto 100 MHz offset).

    b. Spectrum Analyzer screenshot with Span settings of 500 MHz, 4GHz, 12 GHz and 20GHz.

 

2. Tx :  2 GHz (Single Tone) output. 

    a. Phone noise graph (upto 100 MHz offset).

    b. Spectrum Analyzer screenshot with Span settings of 500 MHz, 4GHz, 12 GHz and 20GHz.

 

3. Tx :  3 GHz (Single Tone) output. 

    a. Phone noise graph (upto 100 MHz offset).

    b. Spectrum Analyzer screenshot with Span settings of 500 MHz, 4GHz, 12 GHz and 20GHz.

 

4. Tx :  4 GHz (Single Tone) output. 

    a. Phone noise graph (upto 100 MHz offset).

5. Tx :  5 GHz (Single Tone) output.

Similarly for the Rx chain I need the following data :

1. Rx :  1 GHz (Single Tone) input. 

    a. Spectrum of Down-converted and Filtered signal at 10 MHz or 20 MHz. Kindly generate the Graphs with Min Freq Resolution and Max Span.

 

2. Rx :  2 GHz (Single Tone) input. 

    a. Spectrum of Down-converted and Filtered signal at 10 MHz or 20 MHz. Kindly generate the Graphs with Min Freq Resolution and Max Span.

 

3. Rx :  3 GHz (Single Tone) input. 

    a. Spectrum of Down-converted and Filtered signal at 10 MHz or 20 MHz. Kindly generate the Graphs with Min Freq Resolution and Max Span.

 

4. Rx :  4 GHz (Single Tone) input. 

    a. Spectrum of Down-converted and Filtered signal at 10 MHz or 20 MHz. Kindly generate the Graphs with Min Freq Resolution and Max Span.

 

5. Rx :  5 GHz (Single Tone) input.
